Our design products are distributed by Zazzle which is an online marketplace.  Zazzle handles the printing, shipment and customer service for all your purchased items.  See their shipping policy. 

DIGITAL ITEMS

No physical items will be shipped for digital file orders.  Your files will be available for download immediately after your purchase is completed. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a link to access your file or template along with detailed instructions.
